I live in Bay County, Florida with my wife and our son, doing my best to soak up the good stuff -family time, great food, and coastal air.

My journey started in the kitchen. I went to culinary school nearly 20 years ago for baking and pastry, and worked as a pastry chef in places where precision mattered -where flavor wasn’t just expected, it was crafted.

That mindset stuck.

Even after I shifted into running a carpentry business, it was the same idea: take raw materials, do it right, and end up with something real.

All along the way, I kept making burritos.

Frozen burritos became my go-to for quick lunches, late dinners, and even something I could heat up on a job site. But I kept chasing something better. Not just convenient -actually good.

So I kept tweaking until it finally clicked. Freeze n’ Feast was built from that obsession.
